Grants Incentive Fund Open Access - journals January 2012

The Governing Board of the NWO Humanities Division decided on 25 January 2012 about grants for new Open Access journals. These grants are to support the first three years of new Open Access journals or to change (toll access) regular journals into Open Access journals.
