Report on Kick-off seminar CoCooN – Knowledge@work!

On December 15th the CoCooN Kick-off seminar Knowledge@work! took place. During speeches, debates and a lively market event, seven projects were presented to a broad audience of scientists, development practitioners and policy makers. The seminar was preceded by a workshop for the consortia, the Steering Committee and the International Programme Advisory Committee. This offered the participants the opportunity to get to know each other and to share the various approaches, expectations and challenges they face. Significant steps were made in linking-up and identifying cross-cutting issues, which were discussed at the CoCooN Kick-off seminar the following day.
